POLICY OVERVIEW

No-Shows 100% of the trip cost will be charged if a client fails to show or cancels after the chauffeur is already en route.

Wait Time First 30 minutes complimentary for transfers. Airport grace period: 60 minutes for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights. Additional wait time is billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

Minors Adult chaperone required in all vehicles for minors. Chauffeurs may not act as chaperones.

Cancellations Sedans & SUVs — Cancel ≥ 48 hours prior to pickup. Sprinters — Cancel ≥ 48 hours prior to pickup. Minibuses & Motorcoaches — Cancel ≥ 72 Hours prior to pickup.

Limousines & Party Buses — Cancel ≥ 7 days prior to pickup. Special Events — Cancel ≥ 3 months prior (may be non-refundable). A 25% retainer is due at booking and is forfeited if cancellation is late.

Damage & Cleaning Fees Client is responsible for damages. Minimum $250 cleaning fee for excessive mess/bodily fluids. Child Seats Available upon request at $20 each; must be installed by the passenger.

Lost Items Luxury Vans and Shuttle buses is not responsible for items left behind. Alcohol/Drugs Alcohol permitted only for passengers 21+ in partitioned vehicles. No drugs, smoking, or unruly behavior allowed. Service may be terminated without refund. Luxury Van and Shuttle bus is not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control. Indemnity Both parties agree to protect one another from liability, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.

Confidentiality All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service delivery. Pet fee: $25 (uncrated).

Our fleet & chauffeurs

Our fleet and our professional chauffeurs are selected according to higher standards set by our customers demand to deliver beyond customer expectations. Our Top of the Line BUSES,VANS AND, SUVs are always in excellent condition and compliant with all the safety rules and we constantly check them to make sure they provide you with the safest and most comfortable ride. All the vehicles are routinely inspected and maintenance is done constantly to ensure our Limousines and buses are prepared for your event. Power washed exterior and a detailed cleaning to the interior ensure the vehicles are spotless for your trip. All our vehicles and buses have WIFI available for an additional charge.
