POLICY OVERVIEW

No-Shows 100% of the trip cost will be charged if a client fails to show or cancels after the chauffeur is already en route.

Wait Time First 30 minutes complimentary for transfers. Airport grace period: 60 minutes for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights. Additional wait time is billed in 30-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

Minors Adult chaperone required in all vehicles for minors. Chauffeurs may not act as chaperones.

Cancellations Sedans & SUVs — Cancel ≥ 48 hours prior to pickup. Sprinters — Cancel ≥ 48 hours prior to pickup. Minibuses & Motorcoaches — Cancel ≥ 72 Hours prior to pickup.

Limousines & Party Buses — Cancel ≥ 7 days prior to pickup. Special Events — Cancel ≥ 3 months prior (may be non-refundable). A 25% retainer is due at booking and is forfeited if cancellation is late.

Damage & Cleaning Fees Client is responsible for damages. Minimum $250 cleaning fee for excessive mess/bodily fluids. Child Seats Available upon request at $20 each; must be installed by the passenger.

Lost Items Luxury Vans and Shuttle buses is not responsible for items left behind. Alcohol/Drugs Alcohol permitted only for passengers 21+ in partitioned vehicles. No drugs, smoking, or unruly behavior allowed. Service may be terminated without refund. Force Majeure LVAS is not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control. Indemnity Both parties agree to protect one another from liability, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.

Confidentiality All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service delivery. Pet fee: $25 (uncrated).
